When I See Flashing Snakes

An illustrated book printed in risograph, this project is one of my most personal works. I created it in 2022, a year when my generalized anxiety reached its peak.

The book traces my experiences over time, revisiting early memories of subtle aura signals, migraines, and auditory and visual hallucinations. As I grew older, the fragmented sensations gradually took form, eventually becoming epilepsy in adulthood.
